UV DAYS

Rawkham is a raw, lo-fi, and spontaneous music project by Tehran-based guitarist and experimental composer Ali Ghafarian. The name blends “raw” and “kham” (Persian for unripe or unfinished), reflecting music made with instinct, feeling, and minimal polish.

“UV Days”, Rawkham’s debut single, was inspired by the intense UV light of Tehran’s summer—its strange stillness, heat, and overstimulated air. A home-recorded instrumental, the track captures the hazy tension of days that feel too bright to be real.
