ROCKORD

Rockord is a rock/country fusion band from Iran, formed in 2023 by Javid Khosravi and Nima Mohammadian, built on years of friendship, collaboration, and a shared passion for guitar-driven American roots music. The band’s sound grew from countless early sessions in which the founding members experimented with raw riffs, storytelling-driven songwriting, and the emotional textures of country music.

As the project evolved, Rockord shaped a distinct sonic identity—one that blends the grit and power of rock with the warmth, narrative spirit, and nostalgic color of country. Over time, the lineup expanded to include Meisam Rahmani (electric bass) and Kamran Ghasemi (guitar), completing the band’s core sound.

Since 2023, Rockord has been committed to creating original music, collaborating with fellow artists, and building a wider presence across international platforms. In 2025, they released their official debut single “Zombie” under Nix Interactive Studios, marking the beginning of their professional discography.

Today, Rockord stands as a dynamic and emotionally driven act—a band dedicated to pushing the boundaries of rock/country fusion while offering a fresh musical experience for both Persian-speaking and global audiences.
