Song/Composition Submission

• Song Information: Provide the title, composer(s), lyricist(s), and performer(s).

• IPI # (Interested Party Information Number): Make sure to include the IPI number for each writer, composer, and publisher. This is essential for identifying rights holders accurately in royalty tracking.

• Ownership Details: List any co-writers or publishers along with the percentage of ownership for each.

• Audio & Scores Upload: Upload relevant files (e.g., PDFs of sheet music or audio files like WAV/MP3/FLAC).

• Additional Metadata: Add any ISRC codes or special instructions for licensing and distribution.

After submission, we’ll register the song with SOCAN and other royalty collection platforms to ensure every contributor is properly credited and compensated.

Live Performance Setlist Submission

• • Event Details: Enter the concert date, venue, and performer(s).

  • Setlist Upload: Provide the full setlist of songs performed, either by typing directly or uploading it as a document.

  • IPI #: Include the IPI numbers of all involved writers and performers to ensure performance royalties are distributed correctly.

Once the form is submitted, we’ll process the details and collect the royalties on your behalf.
